Since many years BTB produces breweries of different sizes and designs. Wether industrial design in stainless steel or ambitious copper design, all plants convince by reasonable and robust construction. In addition to different heating methods like direct heating with gas or oil, indirect electrical heating or steam the customer can choose between manual operation, partial or fully automatic control. Optional mash and boil programmes contribute to the operation comfort as well as central installation of all operation and control devices.

We project and manufacture competitive plants for the brew process. Starting with grinding over mashing to wort cooking and purification and storing BTB delivers customized breweries up to approx. 400.000 hl annual production.
KEG Cleaning and Filling Plants
Since 1995 we are specialized in construction of fully automatic cleaning and filling plants for containers, KEGs and KEGGYs of all available sizes.
To ensure a comprehensive cleaning of all pipe works and the connected plants with tanks BTB designs tailor made PLC controlled CIP plants.
The heart of the plants are the storage tanks for acid, caustic, detergents and hot water as well as the tanks for diluted solvents and contaminated liquids.
The PLC controls the sequence of all pumps for an optimized cleaning process.
The dosing of the detergents could be by the automatically by the concentration determination system.
The CIP plants are suitable for all volumes to be cleaned and designed according to the local requirements.
