For the smallest model of out breweries you only need 25 qm footprint. This footprint can be split to several rooms. So the brew house and fermenting resp. storage Tanks can be installed in the pub, as optically attractive devices visible for your guests and the other parts like heat-exchanger, cooling plant etc. can be – invisible for your guests – in the cellar.
You can operate our high-performance brew houses in multi-shift operation to brew high-quality wort three to four times a day as the duration for one brew is about 5 – 6 hours.
The brew house is a unit which combines – according to design – up to four devices.
All BTB brew houses are equipped with a Siemens S7 Control and the programming as well as automation is realised according to the individual requirements of our customers. If required the plant can be equipped with a visualization. So all steps of the process will be shown and reported and the complete plant can be operated comfortably by a touch-screen.
